Muntri LLC ("Muntri," "we," "us," or "our") operates the muntri.com website and the Muntri platform (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, workspace slug, and password (stored as a salted bcrypt hash).
Workspace data. Data you or your team enter into Muntri, including contacts, accounts, deals, emails, notes, files, and any other content you upload or create within your workspace.
Usage data. We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, timestamps, browser type, device identifiers, and IP addresses.
AI usage data. When you use AI-powered features, we send prompts to third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic or OpenAI). We log token counts, latency, and cost for billing purposes. We do not use your prompts or workspace data to train AI models.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. Stripe's use of your data is governed by their privacy policy.
Cookies and similar technologies. We use essential cookies for authentication (JWT tokens) and session management. We use Matomo for self-hosted analytics, which does not share data with third parties. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.
Each Muntri workspace operates in a dedicated, isolated PostgreSQL database. Your data is never co-mingled with data from other tenants. Access is scoped by JWT tokens that include tenant claims, and cross-tenant token reuse is rejected.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:
We retain your workspace data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your workspace or close your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention or dispute resolution). Backups are purged within 90 days of deletion.

No system is completely secure. If we become aware of a security breach affecting your data, we will notify you promptly in accordance with applicable law.
Access and portability. You can export your workspace data at any time through the platform's built-in export tools or by contacting us.
Correction. You can update your account information and workspace data directly within the Service.

Muntri is based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.
The Service may integrate with third-party services at your direction (e.g., email providers, calendar systems, AI providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
