Muntri is currently in private preview. This policy explains how we intend to handle data and reflects how the platform is built, but it is offered for transparency and is not yet a binding legal agreement. When Muntri becomes generally available, a finalized policy and terms will govern your use of the service.
This policy applies to Muntri, the revenue operating system, and to the marketing site at muntri.com. It describes what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Throughout, "you" means a customer organization and its authorized users; "we" and "Muntri" mean the company operating the service.
When you or your teammates sign up, we collect the details needed to create and secure an account - names, work email addresses, roles and workspace settings. If you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information from that sign-in.
The heart of Muntri is the data you bring: accounts, contacts, deals, activity, documents, conversations and anything else you or your integrations load into your workspace. This is your data. We process it only to provide the service to you, and never to build a product for anyone else.
To keep the service reliable and secure, we record operational signals such as feature usage, log and diagnostic data, device and browser details and approximate location derived from IP address. On the marketing site we use limited analytics to understand what's useful.
If you connect a source such as Gmail, Google Calendar or another system, we access only what you authorize, use it to power the features you turned on, and let you disconnect it at any time.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share customer data for others' advertising.
Muntri is built database-per-tenant: every customer organization gets its own dedicated database. Your records are never commingled in a shared table with another company's, and requests are scoped to your workspace so data cannot cross tenant boundaries. Access tokens are bound to a single workspace and rejected if reused elsewhere.
AI is woven through Muntri, and it answers to you:
When you use a third-party AI provider, that provider processes the request under its own terms; choosing a provider is your decision and within your control.
We rely on a small set of trusted vendors to run the service, such as:
We ask sub-processors to protect data consistently with this policy and to use it only to deliver their service to us.
We keep your data for as long as your workspace is active and as needed to provide the service. You can delete records within the product at any time. When an account is closed, we delete or de-identify customer data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited information to meet legal, security or accounting obligations. On request, we can export or delete your workspace data.
We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, short-lived access tokens with the ability to revoke them, network isolation and the tenant separation described above. Access to production systems is limited to the people who need it, and we work to fix vulnerabilities promptly. No system is perfectly secure, but security is a core part of how the product is built.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Much of this you can do directly in the product; for anything else, contact us and we'll help. Where we act as a processor on behalf of your organization, we handle such requests in coordination with that organization.
We may process data in countries other than where you are located, including where our infrastructure and vendors operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Muntri is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll remove it.
As Muntri moves from preview toward general availability, this policy will evolve. We'll update the date above when we make changes and, for material updates, provide notice through the product or by email.
